The Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. (“CCIL”) receives The Bank of England (the “BoE”) recognition as a non-UK CCP.

 

CCIL is recognised as a Tier 1 non-UK Central Counter Party (CCP) under Article 25 of UK EMIR to offer services to UK clearing members and trading venues. The recognition is effective from 15th December, 2023
